The management of TRJA sees this certification as in line with the vision and mission of PT Transkon Jaya.
On May 24, 2021, the TRJA management conducted the “Kick Off Meeting ISO 9001:2015”. This meeting took place at the Pacnet Building owned by PT Transkon Jaya Tbk and was opened by the President Director of PT Transkon Jaya Tbk, Lexi Rompas.
“TRJA, as a local company in Balikpapan that has gone public, must add value to customers, and ISO 9001:2015 certification by the company will provide this added value,” said Lexi Rompas in his speech.
The TRJA management also formed an ISO team during this event, consisting of 10 responsible individuals from each internal department who will represent the management in the ISO certification preparation process. Serving as the Head of the ISO Team is Ferialdy Bahar, the Supply Chain Manager of TRJA. Ferialdy Bahar has experience in conducting ISO audits both domestically and internationally and has experience in guiding companies to obtain ISO certification.
This experience is expected to be brought and applied in TRJA in the ISO certification process. In his presentation, Ferialdy Bahar mentioned that the certification process is estimated to take 5 months. “So close cooperation and management support in the field are needed for implementation,” said Ferialdy Bahar.
The TRJA management hopes that with the possession of ISO 9001:2015 by PT Transkon Jaya Tbk, it will have a positive impact on the company to provide standardized and high-quality services in Kalimantan and other regions in Indonesia. This is expected to lead to an increase in market share and company revenue.
