Bisnis.com, BALIKPAPAN – PT Transkon Jaya Tbk. has declared its commitment to consistently provide Eid Allowance (THR) to all its employees.
The Corporate Secretary of Traskon Jaya, Alexander Syauta, stated that they warmly welcomed the company’s initiative to provide Eid Allowance to all employees without exception.
“The payment of salaries and THR itself has been carried out on April 23, 2021,” he said on Friday (23/4/2021).
This is in accordance with Ministerial Regulation No.6/2016 Article 2, where employers are obligated to provide Religious THR to workers who have been employed for one month or more.
Alex, as he is affectionately known, added that as the largest mining unit rental service company in East Kalimantan, the company contributes to ensuring the welfare of employees during the festive season by providing THR.
“And this has been implemented since the establishment of the company, following existing government regulations. It is undoubtedly a positive measure for employees who will be shopping for their needs during the festive season,” he said.
Furthermore, Alex revealed that as a publicly-listed company, Transkon Jaya’s policy remains well-implemented in providing THR to its employees, even though the pandemic has significantly impacted the economy nationally and globally.
“In the future, the company hopes to continue providing THR to its employees, fostering a positive relationship between the company and its employees in welcoming the festive season each year,” he concluded.
