After making its debut on the stock exchange, PT Transkon Jaya Tbk (TRJA), a vehicle company, is extending its business operations to Halmahera Island, North Maluku Province. This expansion marks the first target location for PT Transkon Jaya Tbk after its initial public offering (IPO).

Alexander Syauta, Secretary of Transkon Jaya, stated that this project is a collaboration between Transkon Jaya and its new customer. Through this latest project, Transkon Jaya continues its expansion in 2021, realizing its mission to explore various business lines. The project will be carried out in an industrial area to facilitate the mineral processing process and the production of components for electric vehicle batteries.

In this context, TRJA also supports the development of the automotive industry for the future.

“The addition of project locations and variations in business lines motivates Transkon Jaya to continue providing the best services to customers and the public,” he said in a press release on Tuesday (8/2).

As a piece of information, TRJA, headquartered in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, is a company engaged in vehicle rental and internet network services. TRJA aims to expand its reach across Indonesia, not solely focusing on the coal sector.
