EmitenNews.com – PT Aneka as a shareholder of PT Transkon Jaya Tbk (TRJA) again reduced the portion of its share ownership on December 18 to December 22, 2023.
Alexander J Syauta, Corporate Secretary of TRJA, in an official statement on Tuesday (2/1) said that PT Aneka had sold 7,426,000 TRJA shares at a price of Rp272-Rp274 per share.
Previously, PT Aneka had also sold as many as 7,340,300 TRJA shares at Rp272-Rp274 per share on December 11 to December 15, 2023 and as many as 25,013,400 TRJA shares at Rp270-Rp284 per share on November 20 to December 5, 2023.
“The purpose of this transaction is to divest with direct share ownership,” he said.
After the sale, PT Aneka’s share ownership in TRJA was reduced to 87.15 million shares equivalent to 5.77% compared to 94.5 million shares equivalent to 6.26% previously.
