KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. In the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) held on June 22, 2023, PT Transkon Jaya Tbk (TRJA) decided to distribute cash dividends from the net profit of the year 2022 to the shareholders.
The dividend to be distributed by this mining transportation service issuer is IDR 4.5 billion, which will be distributed to the holders of 1.51 billion shares. Thus, each TRJA shareholder will receive a dividend of IDR 3.00 per share.
Cash dividends will be distributed to shareholders whose names are listed in the shareholder list on July 5, 2023, until 4:00 PM WIB (recording date).
