KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. One of the shareholders of PT Transkon Jaya Tbk (TRJA), PT Aneka, has again divested its ownership in TRJA shares. In its report to the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Wednesday (3/1), PT Aneka sold 7.42 million TRJA shares, equivalent to 0.49%.
Transkon Jaya Head of Corporate Affairs Annastintatia Polii said, this sale was carried out by PT Aneka for divestment, with the ownership status of the shares sold being direct.
The company, which is based in Balikpapan City, East Kalimantan, sold TRJA shares at different times and prices. It was recorded that PT Aneka divested TRJA 7 times within a week at the end of December 2023.
First, on December 18, 2023, PT Aneka sold 2 million TRJA shares at a sales price of IDR 274 per share. PT Aneka received IDR 548 million from this sale.
Second, on December 19, 2023, PT Aneka sold 307,200 TRJA shares at a price of IDR 274 per share. The value of the sale was around IDR 84.20 million.
Third, on December 20, 2023 PT Aneka sold 1 million TRJA shares at a price of IDR 272 per share. This sale generated Rp 272 million.
Fourth, PT Aneka sold 50,100 TRJA shares at a sales price of IDR 274 per share, which was carried out on December 20, 2023. The value of this sale reached IDR 13.72 million.
Fifth, PT Aneka sold another 2.81 million TRJA shares on December 21, 2023, with a sales price of IDR 274 per share. The value of this sale also amounted to IDR 770.37 million.
Sixth, the sale of 1 million TRJA shares at Rp 272 per share. PT Aneka earned IDR 272 million from this sale made on December 22, 2023.
Seventh, still in the sale made on December 22, PT Aneka sold 257,000 TRJA shares at IDR 274. This sale was worth IDR 70.41 million.
Based on Kontan.co.id’s calculations, PT Aneka earned IDR 2.03 billion from the sale of TRJA shares.
After this sale, PT Aneka’s ownership percentage in TRJA shrank from the original 6.26% or a total of 94.58 million shares to 5.77% or 87.15 million shares.
Previously, in December 2023, PT Aneka also reported divesting 7.34 million shares of this mining transportation service provider. This amount is equivalent to 0.49% of the total TRJA shares.
Currently, PT Samindo Resources Tbk (MYOH) is officially the new controller of Transkon Jaya. This is because, at the end of November 2023, MYOH had signed a sale and purchase deed for TRJA shares amounting to 1.11 billion shares.
This amount is equivalent to 74% of the total issued and fully paid capital previously owned by PT Damai Investama Sukses and PT MSJ Investama Abadi as existing shareholders.
MYOH acquired TRJA at a price of IDR 275 per share. Thus, the acquisition of TRJA shares is worth approximately IDR 307.32 billion.
