KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. PT Aneka, one of the shareholders of PT Transkon Jaya Tbk (TRJA), has carried out a significant divestment of TRJA shares. The company based in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, sold a total of 7.34 million shares, equivalent to 0.49% of TRJA’s current total shares. This divestment occurred over the course of a week, involving five transactions at different prices.
1. On December 11, 2023, PT Aneka sold 1.06 million TRJA shares at a price of Rp 274 per share, generating revenue of Rp 292.19 million.
2. On December 12, 2023, PT Aneka sold 1.27 million TRJA shares at a price of Rp 272 per share, resulting in a value of approximately Rp 346.5 million.
3. On December 13, 2023, PT Aneka sold 1 million TRJA shares at a price of Rp 272 per share, producing revenue of Rp 272 million.
4. On December 14, 2023, PT Aneka sold 2 million TRJA shares at a price of Rp 272 per share, reaching a total value of Rp 544 million.
5. On December 15, 2023, PT Aneka again sold 2 million TRJA shares at a price of Rp 272 per share, with a revenue of Rp 544 million.
In total, PT Aneka gained Rp 1.99 billion from these share sales. The percentage of ownership held by PT Aneka in TRJA decreased to 6.26%, totaling 94.58 million shares, compared to the previous ownership of 6.75% or 101.92 million shares.
As of now, PT Samindo Resources Tbk (MYOH) has officially become the new controlling entity of Transkon Jaya. On November 30, MYOH signed a deed of sale and purchase for 1.11 billion TRJA shares, equivalent to 74% of the total issued and fully paid-up capital previously held by PT Damai Investama Sukses and PT MSJ Investama Abadi, the previous shareholders. The acquisition was priced at Rp 275 per share, resulting in a total value of approximately Rp 307.32 billion.
