IDXChannel – PT Damai Investama Sukses has once again increased its ownership of PT Transkon Jaya Tbk (TRJA) shares.
The controller acquired 34,800,000 TRJA shares on November 17, 2023, at the exercise price of Rp275.
Damai Investama had to spend Rp9.5 billion to add 2.30% of the shares of the vehicle rental company.
After the transaction, Damai Investama’s ownership increased to 709,089,000 shares, equivalent to 46.95%, up from the previous 674,289,000 shares, equivalent to 44.65%.
“The purpose of the transaction is for investment, and the ownership status of the shares is direct,” wrote TRJA Corporate Secretary Alexander J. Syauta in a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Thursday (23/11/2023).
The main shareholders of TRJA are as follows: the Public with 33.56%, PT MSJ Investama Abadi with 30.07%, PT Damai Investama Sukses with 46.95%, and PT Aneka with 10.32%.
