PT Aneka has reduced its ownership stake in PT Transkon Jaya Tbk (TRJA) by selling 25,013,200 shares. The transaction took place between November 20 and December 5, 2023.
In the disclosure of information quoted on Tuesday (12/12), it was stated that the purpose of selling the 25,013,200 shares of TRJA was for divestment with direct ownership.
“The purpose of selling 25,013,200 shares of TRJA is for divestment with direct ownership,” explained Alexander J Syauta, Corporate Secretary of TRJA.
Alexander also explained that the shares were sold at a price ranging from Rp268 to Rp284 per share.
After the sale, PT Aneka’s ownership of TRJA shares decreased to 107.7 million shares, equivalent to 7.14%, compared to the previous holding of 132.7 million shares, equivalent to 8.79%.
Between November 3 and 17, 2023, PT Aneka also sold 22,326,400 shares of TRJA at a price ranging from Rp264 to Rp316 per share.
