EmitenNews.com – PT Aneka, a shareholder of PT Transkon Jaya Tbk (TRJA), has reduced its ownership of TRJA shares between November 20 and December 5, 2023. The purpose of selling 25,013,200 shares of TRJA was for divestment with direct ownership.
In the statement quoted on Monday (11/12/2023), Alexander J Syauta, Corporate Secretary of TRJA, mentioned that PT Aneka sold 25,013,200 shares of TRJA at a price ranging from Rp268 to Rp284 per share.
Previously, PT Aneka also sold 22,326,400 shares of TRJA at a price ranging from Rp264 to Rp316 per share between November 3 and 17, 2023.
“The purpose of the transaction is for divestment with direct share ownership,” he said.
After the sale, PT Aneka’s ownership of TRJA shares decreased to 107.7 million shares, equivalent to 7.14%, compared to the previous holding of 132.7 million shares, equivalent to 8.79%.
