EmitenNews.com – The transportation company PT Transkon Jaya Tbk (TRJA) has reported a significant change in share ownership within the company.
Referring to data provided by TRJA management, as quoted on Tuesday (14/11/2023), the controlling shareholder of TRJA, PT Damai Investama Sukses, has accumulated ownership of TRJA shares in two transactions.
The first transaction was conducted by PT Damai Investama Sukses for 14,500,000 shares at a price of 275 per share on November 7, 2023.
The second transaction involved the acquisition of 21,800,000 shares at a price of 275 per share on November 10, 2023.
As a result, the total shares acquired by PT Damai Investama Sukses amounted to 36,300,000 shares or 2.4% of TRJA’s total shares.
The total value of these transactions was recorded at IDR 9.982 billion, with the purpose of investment and direct share ownership.
Following these transactions, the ownership of PT Damai Investama Sukses in PT Transkon Jaya Tbk (TRJA) increased to 40.2% or 607,089,000 shares, compared to the previous ownership of 37.8%, equivalent to 570,789,000 shares.
