IDXChannel – PT Aneka, as the controlling shareholder of PT Transkon Jaya Tbk (TRJA), released millions of the company’s shares during the trading week, starting from December 11-15, 2023.
PT Aneka released a total of 7,340,300 shares at an average price of Rp272-Rp274 per share. In detail, as many as 1,066,400 shares at Rp274 per share on December 11.
Then on December 12, Aneka sold 1,273,900 shares at Rp272 per share, and around 1 million shares were released at Rp272 per share on December 13.
A day later, PT Aneka sold another 2 million shares at Rp272 per share. Meanwhile, on Friday last week (15/12), PT Aneka bought 2 million TRJA shares at the same price as the previous day.
From the gradual release of shares for five consecutive days, PT Aneka pocketed almost IDR 2 billion or exactly IDR 1,988,694,400.
“The purpose of the transaction is investment, with direct share ownership status,” said TRJA Corporate Secretary R Alexander J Syauta in his statement on the disclosure of information from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Thursday (21/12/2023).
After the transaction, PT Aneka’s stake in TRJA shrank to 94,583,200 shares or 6.26 percent from 101,923,500 shares or 6.75 percent.
Meanwhile, when the transaction occurred, TRJA’s share price was in the range of Rp270-Rp276 per share. While today, TRJA shares ended at Rp272 per share.
Previously, on December 6-8, 2023, PT Aneka sold 5,809,800 shares at a price of Rp270-272 per share. From this transaction, PT Aneka pocketed Rp1.58 billion.
For your information, TRJA was acquired by an issuer owned by one of Indonesia’s richest people Low Tuck Kwong, PT Samindo Resources Tbk (MYOH) at the end of November 2023 for IDR 307 billion.
From the acquisition, TRJA shares totaling 1,117,548,000 or equivalent to 74 percent previously owned by PT Damai Investama Sukses and PT MSJ Investama Abadi belonged to MYOH.
