PT Damai Investama Sukses, the controlling shareholder of the vehicle rental company PT Transkon Jaya Tbk (TRJA), has once again increased its ownership.
This acquisition of 6,720,000 shares was conducted by Director Lin Sugiarti of PT Damai Investama Sukses on November 15, 2023, at an execution price of Rp275 per share.
The purchase was carried out in two stages, involving 18,700,000 shares and an additional 48,500,000 shares. Damai Investama expended Rp18.4 billion to accumulate its ownership stake.
After the completion of this transaction, Damai Investama now holds 674,289,000 TRJA shares, equivalent to 44.65% of the total shares, up from the previous position of 607,089,000 shares or 40.20%.
“The purpose of the transaction is investment, and the status of share ownership is direct,” stated Secretary of the Company Transkon Jaya, Alexander J. Syauta, in the disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) on Sunday (19/11/2023).
The major shareholders of TRJA include the public with 33.56%, PT MSJ Investama Abadi with 30.07%, PT Damai Investama Sukses with 26.05%, and PT Aneka with 10.32%.
