R. HESTHI SAMBODO

An Indonesian citizen, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from STIE YAI Jakarta in 1994. He was reappointed as President Commissioner at the General Meeting of Shareholders on June 21, 2024. He also currently serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee.

He started his career as a Senior Auditor at the Financial & Development Supervisory Agency during 1986 – 1992, then as a Cost Accountant & GA Supervisor at PT Rhone Poulenc Agrocarb in 1992 – 1996 and in 1996 – 1999 served as Management Accounting Manager at PT TNT Logistics Indonesia. Then in 1999 – 2001 served as F&A Manager at PT Gitaswara Indonesia (Guiness) and PT Gubah Bumi Selaras. In 2001 – 2005 served as Financial Controller at PT Linfox Logistics Indonesia then became Business Controller at PT Atlas Copco Nusantara (PT Epiroc Indonesia) in 2005 – 2012.

Then in 2012 – 2014 he served as Country F&A Head at PT Havi Indonesia and served as Senior Manager F&A at PT LF Services Indonesia in 2015 – 2016. In 2016 he was trusted to be Finance Director, CFO & CCO at PT DHL Supply Chain Indonesia until 2019. He joined the Company by serving as an Independent Commissioner of the Company since 2020 until now.
