KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. PT Transkon Jaya Tbk achieved positive performance throughout the past year. The company with the ticker symbol TRJA generated revenue of IDR 402.46 billion, a slight increase of 0.27% from the revenue in 2019 amounting to IDR 401.34 billion.
In line with this, TRJA’s cost of revenue increased by 4.82% from the previous year’s IDR 214.85 billion to IDR 225.21 billion in 2020. Thus, TRJA obtained a gross profit of IDR 177.25 billion, a decrease of 4.94% from the previous year’s IDR 186.48 billion.
Furthermore, operating expenses also recorded a higher figure, increasing by 4.60% to IDR 95.31 billion from the previous IDR 91.11 billion.
In terms of the profit from insurance claims for fixed assets and the right-of-use assets, it amounted to IDR 1.46 billion compared to the previous year’s IDR 853.69 million.
The company also successfully gained profit from the sale of fixed assets amounting to IDR 1.94 billion, contrasting with the previous year’s loss of IDR 640.05 million.
Thus, TRJA achieved a net profit for the current year amounting to IDR 38.32 billion, which is 25.39% larger than the net profit for the previous year, which was IDR 30.56 billion.
As of the end of 2020, TRJA had total assets amounting to IDR 605.53 billion, reflecting a growth of 11.07% from the total assets in the previous year, which stood at IDR 545.15 billion.
