As we enter the sacred month of Ramadan 1441 H/2021 M, PT Transkon has fulfilled this obligation. The payment of salaries and Eid Allowance for all PT Transkon employees has been executed on April 23, 2021.
The obligation to provide Eid Allowance by PT Transkon is in accordance with Ministerial Regulation No. 6/2016 Article 2, where employers are required to provide Religious Eid Allowance to workers who have been employed for 1 (one) month or more.
Alexander Syauta, the Corporate Secretary of PT Transkon Jaya Tbk, stated that the distribution of Eid Allowance by PT Transkon is given to all its employees without exception.
“The payment of salaries and Eid Allowance itself has been executed on April 23, 2021. PT Transkon Jaya Tbk, along with all its employees, actively welcomes the company’s initiative in providing Eid Allowance to its employees without exception,” said Alex.
Alex added that providing Eid Allowance is also one of the company’s efforts to ensure the welfare of its employees.
“As the largest mining unit rental service company in East Kalimantan, PT Transkon Jaya Tbk also contributes to ensuring the welfare of its employees during the festive season by providing Eid Allowance,” added Alex.
The Eid Allowance program has been implemented since the establishment of the company, following government regulations. Alex hopes that providing Eid Allowance will also be a positive measure for employees who will be shopping for their needs during the festive season.
