R. ALEXANDER J. SYAUTA

An Indonesian citizen, he obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Surabaya in 2000, and his Master’s degree from the University of Balikpapan in 2022. He was appointed as Director at the General Meeting of Shareholders on June 21, 2024. He has also served as Corporate Secretary since 2020 – Present.

He started his career in 2001 – 2006 as Staff at PT Bank Artha Graha International Tbk, in 2006 – 2011 as Operational Manager at PT Bank Artha Graha International Tbk, in 2011 – 2012 as Group Chief Financial Officer at PT Dianbatara Group, in 2013 – 2023 as Chief Financial Officer at PT Transkon Jaya Tbk, 2024 – June 2024 as Deputy Chief Financial Officer at PT Transkon Jaya Tbk.
