CHA SHIN WOO

A South Korean citizen, he earned a Bachelor’s degree from Hankuk University of Foreign Study in 2005. He was appointed as Commissioner at the General Meeting of Shareholders on June 21, 2024. He is a member of the Board of Commissioners affiliated with ST International Corporation.

He started his career in 2011-2014 as a Manager at ST International Corporation, in 2010-2012 as a Manager at SK Network, in 2012-2013 as a Senior Manager at PT Ganda Alam Makmur, in 2014-2016 as a Project Manager at PT Sims Jaya Kaltim, in 2014-2021 as a Director at PT Sumber Bara Abadi, in 2021-2024 as an Auditor at PT Samindo Resources Tbk. He also holds a concurrent position as a Director at PT Samindo Resources Tbk.
